Orders after 1pm, at weekends or on public holidays will be sent in two working days. Subject to availability.

UK Standard delivery

UK Standard delivery to England, Wales, Scotland, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland is sent by Hermes ( service takes up to 5 working days.

UK Express delivery

UK express delivery is sent by Hermes ( Due to delivery restrictions we are unable to offer express delivery to the following areas: Coll, Colonsay, Corrour, Eigg & Muck, Lewis, Mallaig, Mull, Orkney, Rhum & Canna, Shetlands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Northern Ireland. Deliveries to these locations will be sent via standard delivery only. UK express delivery orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm will be delivered the next day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed on a UK public holiday are not available for next day delivery.

  • We deliver using a courier service and a signature will need to be obtained for every delivery.
  • We deliver to BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses. We do not deliver to university addresses. 
  • Please be advised that when ordering to a business address the driver will only be able to deliver up to the first floor, as the courier cannot deliver to any other floors.

When will my parcel arrive?
We aim to dispatch these orders within 1 – 2 working days. First attempted delivery should be made for our UK standard delivery orders up to 5 working days from dispatch.

What happens if I am not in when delivery is attempted?
All orders have to be signed for. If we are unable to deliver your parcel on the first attempted delivery, the courier will try and deliver it to a neighbour. If they are successful in delivering the parcel to a neighbour, they will notify you by leaving a card at your address which should inform you where to collect your parcel from. If they are unable to leave the parcel with a neighbour, they will leave a card asking you to rearrange the delivery date. The courier will attempt to deliver the parcel on three separate occasions, and if the parcel is still not signed for by that stage, it will be returned to our distribution centre and your credit/debit card refunded. Once we have received your order back into the distribution centre the refund process will begin. Please note that it can take up to 21 days for your bank to credit your account.

If your order is lost in transit we reserve the right to investigate before we offer to replace or refund.
